RETURNS AND REFUNDS POSTAGE

Here at Dragonfly the label we pride ourself to create and sell high quality clothing. Please take into consideration that most orders are hand made, so not every item will be 100% identical.

Unfortunately we are not liable to refund if you have provided the incorrect address to your order form. And we also do not refund for incorrect sizing.

Any damaged or defected item please send us an email so we can refund, exchange or return the item. Refund does not include shipping price.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

As the clothing products are hand made we suggest a hand wash & soak only.

Please do not MACHINE wash items. 

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Most orders will be shipped within a few days however, we suggest ordering 2 weeks prior to ensure full satisfaction. This is due to ordering being sewn once the order is placed as we do not carry bulk stock.

All EXPRESS post orders will arrive 1-3 buisness days after the order is made.

PICK UP is optional for Melbourne orders only. Please Instagram DM or Email for more details.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

Any international postage will take approximently 10-18 buisness days to arrive after the order is placed.

If you were after a faster postal please email or Instagram DM us directly to arrange  express international shipping at your cost.

SIZING GUIDE:

We currently stock sizes 6 (XS), 8 (S) and 10 (M) US sizes. Please take this into consideration before purchasing as we do not refund due to sizing. 

Our models wear a size 6 unless specified in product description. 

Custom sizing is avaible. Please email or send us an Instagram DM to arrange.
